Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 22, 2022

Overview

GetMedKits provides prescription-based telehealth services

in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Due to the nature of

our services — which include time-sensitive medical evaluations, prescription

issuance, and pharmacy processing — our refund policy is limited. Please read

this policy carefully before placing an order.

Non-Refundable Services and Products

All of the following are non-refundable:

- Provider time spent reviewing medical history or intake forms

- Medical consultations, whether conducted via phone, video, or asynchronously

- Prescription services, even if no medication is ultimately prescribed

- Pharmacy dispensing fees, packaging, and handling

- Medications that have been shipped, opened, or dispensed

- Orders delayed or impacted due to incorrect shipping information provided by

the customer

- Services rendered in reliance on false, incomplete, or misleading health

information provided by the patient

Conditions Under Which Refunds May Be Considered

A refund request may be considered in the following

circumstances:

- Your order was canceled before it was reviewed by a provider

- You were deemed ineligible for treatment before any services were rendered

- A duplicate order or payment was submitted by mistake

- You were charged in error or billed incorrectly

- Your medication was not shipped and your provider canceled the prescription

before fulfillment

Refunds are not guaranteed and must meet the criteria above. If your case does

not qualify, it may be reviewed on a discretionary basis.

Prescription and Pharmacy Fulfillment

Once a prescription has been approved by a licensed provider

and forwarded to a pharmacy for fulfillment, it is considered non-refundable.

This applies even if the medication has not yet shipped, unless fulfillment is

canceled by the provider or GetMedKits staff.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on

your original method of payment. We are not responsible for processing delays

due to third-party payment processors or bank policies.

How to Submit a Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted in writing

to

[email protected]

with the following details:

- Your full name and the email used to place the order

- Date of order or charge

- Reason for requesting a refund and supporting documentation, if applicable

Incomplete or vague requests may result in delays or denial of refund

eligibility.

Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases not outlined above, GetMedKits may offer a

discretionary refund at our sole discretion. These are exceptions, not

guarantees, and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
