GetMedKits provides telehealth services, including intake

evaluation, clinical review by licensed providers, and prescription services

when medically appropriate. All prescriptions are subject to provider approval.

No medications are dispensed without a valid prescription.

No Medical Emergency Services

GetMedKits does not offer emergency medical services. If you

are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency

facility.

Use of the Website and Platform

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is

not limited to:

- Attempting to access services without proper verification

- Submitting false information on intake forms

- Interfering with the platform’s performance or security

- Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Payment and Billing

Fees for services are clearly communicated before you submit

payment. All payments are final once a provider begins reviewing your intake.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless the provider determines you are ineligible

for treatment.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the

intellectual property of GetMedKits. You may not reproduce, republish, or

distribute this content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetMedKits is not

liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Any misuse of medication or misrepresentation of health information by users

- Failures in third-party services or communication tools

Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without

warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our

services will meet your expectations or be available at all times.

Modification of Terms
